he didn't want to bother going case by case, so he freed them all

He wanted to get women and black people who presided over his criminal trials, so he cancelled the EOC

He wants to get Pete, so he's going to remove protections for LGBTQ

The rest of his enemies he'll kill off with an uncontrolled plague
