"A "prove me wrong" argument is a logical fallacy where someone makes a claim without providing evidence and then challenges others to disprove it, essentially shifting the burden of proof onto the person questioning the claim, rather than providing their own justification for it; it's essentially an "appeal to ignorance" fallacy where the lack of evidence against a claim is used to support its truth."

It's kind of like requiring a defendant at a trial to prove that the prosecution's charges are false.
