There is a 17 year old kid on my street driving a full size tractor on the road as his vehicle to get around. He doesn't have a license. In Ohio, he doesn't need one. There are no limits on what time he can be on the road, as long as he has lights and the triangle. He isn't farming, he isn't working, he isn't using the tractor for anything but joy riding. He is too backward to get a driver's license, but he found a vehicle he can use like a car with no limits. Go back to that law and close the loophole that allows unlicensed drivers to run farm equipment on the roads for non-farm use. The noise bothers me a lot more than somebody's private health decisions.
