1. Not all states use SSN for drivers' licenses.

In fact, some years back I lived in a state where they either used your SS# or you could ask for a non SS# on your license. I opted for the latter. And my current state uses a 9 digit not a SS# for my license #.

So that's not exactly something that will find people with licenses in more than one state. Besides, why can't you have more than one drivers' license?
