There should be some kind of major law suit against DHS for this. I wouldn't be surprised if lawyers are lining up to volunteer to take the case on a contingency basis (i.e., the client owes nothing unless they win; lawyer's payment is a previously agrred on percentage of the final settlement or court award).

And needless to say, Brouillette needs to be out of ICE and behind bars permanently.
