1. As i understand it, at one time minimum wage and livable wage were interchangeable.

Yesterday

The minimum wage was the lowest decent wage to be able to afford things like mortgage, vehicle, groceries, utilities and occasional fun outings with friends and family. It was nver supposed to be the least amount a company could get away with paying workers in order line the ceo and investors pockets.
