68. Reagan came to my Wisconsin campus in Jan 1976

I was wierd because I had lived in CA, when he was governor and didn't even know what he looked like.

When I saw him. I recognized him as the "20 Mule Team Borax" guy from Death Valley Days. I think he was wearing make-up.

Some of my friends went to the event to protest him. I went to the library. He exited the event in a convertable in front of the library and drove around in circles several times. He was all happy, smiling and waving despite. I thought he would leave the event in shame...
