Top psychologists are expensive. I'll give them this for free:
Trump is decaying mentally at an ever increasing rate, and can be colloquially designated as either "off his rocker" or "lost most of his marbles, and is fast on the way to losing the few he has left."
There, didn't cost a cent, did it?
