So, who is "the driver" and why hasn't he/she been hauled in and charged as well? The vehicle also needs to be seized and impounded for the duration.

Looking forward to the additional charges Kinzer catches. Tiny little shoulders, he's probably not going to do well in prison where he's going. AR, body armor, element of surprise - still gets his ass shot by return fire. Thankfully, nobody of value appears to have been injured.
