39. The standard treatment for algae in ponds is chelated copper.

If done in the right amounts it inhibits algae growth but wont harm fish and birds. I was thinking copper sulfate but it tends to stain, so the chelated copper is better.

Of course this would require testing and maintenance, but the people with the knowledge and intellegence were fired by musk so we get muck.
