Only $2B of that is held in the US. snd only half the total amount is uncommitted funds.

Trump wants OTHER countries in the Gulf region - Arab nations - to pay for what he and Israel unnecessarily destroyed. Not the U.S. Not Israel.

600 schools and nearly 200 medical facilities alone have been damaged or destroyed. For starters.
