Tehran, Iran – Iran’s Fars News Agency quoted an informed source as saying that any potential agreement or deal between Iran and the United States will not be signed quickly.

He further noted that any agreement cannot be based solely on initial understandings,
but requires clear guarantees and implementation mechanisms before proceeding to a formal signing
