History has shown us that General James was a warrior in Korea and Vietnam.
And again i never look at my time in service as defining moment in my life I was fortunate all peace time.
Yet I’ll say this my first rifle platoon sergeant was a warrior and black.
Who survived two tours one as a rifleman with the 101st in a place called the A Shau valley and his second tour as a L.R.R.P.
And as our senior NCO he cared for us his boys as he would refer to us.
And we listened to this man as we did to our other senior sergeants some white two Hispanic soldiers all were warriors.
These men understood the reality of war they learned from Vietnam.
And the unwritten rule was you will prove yourself everyday as we will not allow ass and trash because stupid will get others wounded or killed.

And another memory of mine from perhaps thirty years ago . I had a friend a fellow union road driver a black guy who was an Air Force F-4 driver. I asked him once why in the shit do you drive union junk as a line haul driver when you could have become a commercial airline pilot.
He never answered my question he just smiled as we sat drinking breakfast beer our usual Saturday morning rituals as a group of friends.
Yet in a conversation this man was having with another fellow driver who was a Vietnam grunt. My friend who was the Phantom pilot said his units motto jokingly when doing close air support for infantry units was you were not flying low enough in support .
If you didn’t land and have monkeys and leaves in your jet engines intake now that attitude and dedication saved lives.
I’m just so fucking fed up with this ass and trash administration all substandard parasites.
And these MAGA dirt bags in this administration think strength comes from cruelty. It is all collapsing and they all know that they will face justice in a court for their crimes.
