with Iran before trump threw it away. The strait of hormuz was open, before trump decided to attack Iran. UN inspectors under President Obama's nuclear agreement with Iran had UN inspectors going into Iran, until trump threw away the Iran nuclear agreement.

There is a high probability that if the press actually asks trump why he threw the nuclear deal with Iran under President Obama away, he will say it was a flawed agreement. The blatant follow-up question would be, then why didn't you just use that agreement as a starting point, negotiate what you perceived as flaws, instead of throwing it away, and spending MILLIONS OF DOLLARS, and thousand of lives on an unecessary war where a framework was already in place with the first nuclear agreement, and why they should ask, in the middle of negotations with Iran did you bomb them THREE different times during three different negotiations with Iran. Why would anyone trust you when your answer to those negotiations was bombing them instead of negotiating with them.

Trump has started a war whose result was what the situation was before that war was even started, and unfortunatly, most of the trump controlled media will completely ignore that.
