South Padre Island. Our home was also 6 miles from Starbase as the crow flies and our house was developing cracks in the walls and ceilings. We saw the writing (cracks) on the wall and decided we needed to get the fuck out ASAP. We moved Oct 2 of ‘25 and got top-dollar.

Two things: #1-Musk wants to launch THREE times per day, complete with relanding of both the booster and “Ship” which would produce obscenely loud sonic booms with each. 3 launches per day, 6 sonic booms per day, and…

#2-SpaceX is about to release Starship V4 (Version 4) which Musk claims will be TEN times as powerful as the current V3. Ten times as powerful, 10 times as destructive.

We are so relieved to be off the island. We didn’t want to stay and fight it out, and have to be constantly repairing the house. Musk has not a shit or fuck to give. I wish we could strip his naturalized U.S. citizenship and deport him back to South Africa.
