Allowed them to waste time. Got some important calls wrong, for instance Hakimi deserved a yellow for a studs up tackle.
First half was exciting. Too many teams in the tournament mean there were no real stakes driving either team.

So-called hydration breaks are just a ruse for Fox to show ads, and they seriously impede the FLOW of the game. They turn games into scrimmages.
