Technically no but without Congressional accountability and an independent DOJ it will never be looked at. Even if it is it's a grey area. Misappropriation of funds rarely goes with more than a slap on the wrist unless embezzlement can be proven which is difficult in the beauacracy of the government, especially if the GAO is also complicit. It's one of the main reasons FatAss wants all of this IRS immunity crap in the future. Most of the 2025 budget that was given to the executive branch is gone, mainly the 150 billion that disappeared into the coffers of DHC/ICE. They ran off with that cash so fast this Congress of Pirates just gave him another 70 billion. People don't understand. In a fully corrupt Executive Branch, ALL THE MONEY GIVEN TO IT IS A SLUSH FUND. And theres pretty much not a damn thing anyone can do about it until possibly next year
