These ubiquitous attempts to steer the narrative are very unlikely to be spontaneous.

"Stop resisting"
"Stay still"
"I don't feel safe"
"Drop the weapon"
And many others are all highly unlikely to reflect reality.

We've seen too many LEOs lie. Too many colleagues and judges fail to call them on it, and in their silence, are complicit in the lie.
