14. Um, I appreciate the concern, but w.r.t. reflectiveness, I'm not sure what you're looking at.

Once water fills the pool, it should reflect as well or possibly (with the darker background color), better than ever. See, e.g.,

I'm all for criticizing our "Fearless Leader" on legit grounds (of which there are plenty), but I'm not sure the reflectiveness of the pond is among them.
