Some questions on voting here. What would be wrong woth Democratic controlled states (or any state) to allow a [View all]

$100.00 decrease in a persons taxes, IF they voted? ( or a different amount) Americans should have a duty to vote, so why not give each and everyone in THAT state another reason to vote. Don't states run their elections?
