1. Large Language Models run on home hardware now. Giant data centers are IMO needed ony to concentrate data and power.

I believe that common tasks will either run on your home computer or be given away as freebies to sell phones.

The only way these billion dollar farms will pay back is by serving big business and government surveillance "needs".

We have too much of both.
