6. Isn't that, like a rich old guy's hospice care level of specialists?

When my dad was dying of a massive stroke in the hospice floor of the hospital he was taken to, he was visited by as many specialists there as he had underlying ailments (a cardio vascular, a neurologist, a rheumatologist, and an internalist doctor) along with the hospice doctor and his geriatric doctor.
They might have been there to make the final remarks in dad's record, or they might have dropped by to ensure the hospital wouldn't be sued for neglect or something.

22 is really a lot of specialists.
Or a sign of extreme paranoia, attraction to "alternative medicine", or just doctors quitting after just one visit to a mean spirited, attention seeking narcissist developing dementia.

Sometimes, the money just ain't worth it.
