the use is still restricted. The $10 sale was conditional. I imagine the suit could be worth more than the sale of the property to Blueprint. At the very least the sale could be tied up for years and the money and land would also be tied up (frozen).

Blueprint is not going to wait around while the competition gains. Taylor, depending on their financial status could end up bankrupt due to legal costs, interest and loss of the property.
I'm not a lawyer but I have 27 years of real estate experience.

I hope the Griffin family is patient. They may just settle for cash, who knows, but their original intent was honorable. The city on the other hand is not at this time.
