Sunday

I saw a neighbors car drive by with one side all banged up. He can't afford to get it fixed. He dropped his insurance down to just liability and is waiting for the other drivers insurance to pay up. But they are fighting it so it will take a while. He said he'll drive it as is till then. It is bad now.
