WWII and/or WWI some designed for nuclear war specifically.

This island plan is meant to be the ultimate prepper hideaway for the moderately rich, their enablers and those who are hoping to make bank on others' fears for when/if the bombs start falling. King, queen, prince, and princess preppers is what I call them.

The filthy rich have already bought places all over the world, especially in the United States, where they are prepping and ready to hide when the nuclear war starts. Which is more than just fear mongering considering our current situation.

And don't think for a moment that these psychopaths are worried about us if it happens.
