3. No, there isn't. They are "candidates," but not for political office...

Yesterday

... they are candidates for the county's democratic central committee. So I guess they don't run it like a political campaign. Some of them have LinkedIn or FB accounts, but those are just their personal accounts. They are not promoting themselves.
