Going to bed last night. Trump most likely thinks this is funny--He, the Emperor of the World, detonating nuclear blasts anywhere in the world with no consequences, a video game approach because blowing things (and people) up is so much fun.

Ask the fishermen off the coast of Venezuela.

The Mad King and his crazed courtiers need to be caged.
