(3,499 posts)For this to be true, one must necessarily believe that the entire Democratic Party, from Joe Biden on down, was either too stupid or too cowardly to do anything about it. One must necessarily believe that Kamala Harris herself was too stupid or too cowardly to do anything about it. That after warning the nation that Trump is a deadly danger to our democracy they meekly stood aside and did absolutely nothing about it.
I simply can't believe that of them. And not one election conspiracy theorist has ever responded to this point, which seems telling to me.
This is nothing more than the same nonsense Trump supporters spouted after the 2020 election, just with the party affiliations and names changed. It's the same conspiracy theory nonsense without a shred of proof to back it up because if there was actual, legitimate truth to any of it Biden and Harris would have done something with it to challenge the results. But they didn't, so the logical conclusion is that there is no such proof since it hasn't been forthcoming and they never acted to challenge the results of the election.
I get that this timeline sucks and we all wish Harris had won but wishful thinking is not helpful, nor is denying reality because of nebulous "gut feelings that something happened". Feelings don't override facts nor do they override the lack of same.
