Election authorities do not provide results to citizens (regardless of how rich) in advance of posting them on their respective pages. My guess is that Musk and/or the Russians had an algorithm downloaded on machines that used cellular connections (all ES&S machines) to guaranteed the result (the data looks suspect in lots of places, where there were lots of over-votes for Trump and under-votes for Harris).

Trump was constantly harping on about stolen elections the entire time out of office. He effectively inoculated himself against any serious investigation or charges about election tampering. We know from the Muller Report that the Russians interfered in the 2016 election and were inside state vote tabulators all over the place. Somehow these Russian intrusions were said to have occurred without any impact in 2016. However, it would easy for the Russians to have installed a back door or dormant software program in 2016 that allowed for manipulation at a future date (assuming it was not over-written by a new software program or patch).
