Once he ends the war - will be the sooner his stock market insider trade scheme on war info ends. He is currently making a fortune on the ups and downs of the stock market gyrating at his whims, his beck, and his calls.

Why stop milking the cow - until the day comes it is bone dry. Then you move on to your next grift and your next scheme of self enrichment's. As you plunder and pilfer the next huge pile of someone else's cash, craftily making it your own. Once again,... all by illicit means.
