I've seen Df Gartner on liberal podcasts and he keeps track of this stuff.....

"Dr. John Gartner is a psychologist who founded the "Duty to Warn" organization in 2017, a group of mental health professionals advocating that they have a duty to warn the public about potential dangers posed by public figures. He famously argued that President Donald Trump exhibited symptoms of malignant narcissism, presenting a threat to society."
