He was asked by Maria Bartoromo if he's still pursuing Trump's "big lie" and he "promised" he'd be "making arrests soon."

So yeah, you're 100% spot-on with that possibility. It would be a "double win" for Trump, with both halves of the equation firmly based in lies.
