I haven't yet set up a trust and my heirs will be stuck going through probate, and that my disabled spouse will end up homeless because I've basically been the primary bill payer and home caretaker. I'm looking at some programs the VA has for spouses.
Other than that, when it's my time, it's my time. If I am going to deal with any sort of judgement post demise, I know I've done the best I can being the best person I can.
