These days you could go through quite the bot chain to find a beating heart at the final link, making mad bank off tiny bits of ad revenue trickling in from each of 100000 automated posts. YouTube's business model appears very bot friendly -- hundreds of bots making thousands of bots to generate and post AI slop videos consumed by hundreds of other bots for training purposes, increasing views count, while still other bots leave sloppy comments about the slop they ingested, thus promoting the slop into everyone's sloppified "algorithm" feed.

Somehow humans found a way to make the internet and then make it suck. Truly we are a marvelous and enigmatic disaster.
