3. I wish he had, to mock him, but it's shadows caused by the lighting. AP video of that below, and shadows

Yesterday

on the chair Ben Smith is sitting on look very dark on the light fabric at 40-45 seconds in. Same with the very dark shadow you see behind Bannon after that.

And if you look at the video about 15 seconds in as he approaches the chair, you can see how dark the fabric of Bannon's pants looks when shadowed while he's walking.

But there were still a lot of comments on YouTube about how it looked. It was posted on Reddit, too, but deleted in one forum where search showed it had been posted.
