Friday

In the fall of 1912, Teddy got shot in the chest while visiting Milwaukee. He made sure that the police protected the would-be assassin from would-be lynchers. Then he gave his planned talk before getting medical attention. The bullet was in him the rest of his life.

And Teddy didn't waste everybody's time whining about how he had it harder than anybody else
