That by September we will see Gasoline prices at a price with a 3 (per gallon) in the front (paraphrased).
I just want to point out the obvious. There's a big difference between $3.00 and $3.99. He would be correct in both instances, but $3.99 is a lot higher than $3.09 when Biden left office.
