very rural, mostly uneducated, and the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum is near. New York State, if not for NYC, Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse, would probably tip red. Rural areas are almost entirely red.

Believe me, she's thought of as a waste of space by Blue New Yorkers.
