From a facilities meeting at work yesterday- HVAC Data Centers [View all]
Due to data center activity in the Richmond (& No. Va.) area HVAC, specifically electronic components, lead time is 40-88 weeks.
Unless contractors are able to procure needed parts quicker or the market changes, we should plan projects accordingly.
