4. Space has always belonged to the robots

In 2015 an Ulunmanned satellites took the first photos of Pluto. No man will likely ever visit Pluto. Nor does man have to. Space exploration can be and since 1962 been done by our unmanned missions.

Meanwhile man might make it back to the moon. Possibly we will visit Mars, but are robots are already driving on Mars. It's not that traveling to moon is a " waste" of money compared to the 2 billion a day we waste on Iran war. But it's clear what is winning and losing the space race. It's been the same answer for 60 years.
