... given the authority to "diagnose" political leaders. I assume Raskin is just trolling Trump. I really don't think the psychology industry is given nearly the skepticism it deserves. So, it bothers me to see it used implicitly, even as a joke or troll, as if it were purely authoritative and reliable.
