If the perp can not satisfy his sexual addiction that is driven by his libido. Then the perp may resort to deception, drugging, and even physically forcing his victim to attain the sex he so craves. To me it seem this is a sexual libido run askue and run amok.

May be I am wrong ?

If Swalwell is indeed guilty of this - he has left many victims in his present and in his past to atone - if they will permit him so. Both the victims of his highly inappropriate sexual desires and encounters - but he also victimized his family too.

Again, provided these accusations prove accurate and true.
