Winter is coming was a phrase from Game of Thrones warning of the coming of the evil White Walkers who would wipe out humanity. When Rump was elected it was appropriate to say Winter is Coming. In November there will be the opposite of evil but instead the removal of the evil that is controlling our country. Perhaps Spring is Coming would have been more appropriate.
