He was joking that reporters have been agreeing with him privately but nobody wants to say it publicly. It really is true, though. Her presser the other day was jaw-dropping, apart from the Epstein content, because it was clear that she was really struggling even reading the English on the teleprompter. This woman is not even close to a fluent English speaker, and, in fact, her English (as miller correctly points out) has seemingly gotten even worse, which means she speaks it rarely.
