But he did help traffic Ungaro to the US, and he did help Melania stay in the US.

Zampolli has some sort of bullshit title (Special Global Envoy) in the Trump administration so he can suck at the taxpayer teet like the rest of the Trump hangers on. He has zero qualifications to be an envoy for anything but sex trafficking.
