4. I am so sick of people using the word "policy" like that means a criminal act can't be a criminal act if it is policy.

As if abuse, cruelty, and even murder is OK as long it is labeled "policy".

I'm repeating myself but:

Everything Hitler did was policy.
Everything Stalin did was policy.
Everything Mussolini did was policy.
Everything Franco did was policy.
Everything the Khmer Rouge did was policy.
Everything Ceaușescu did was policy.
Everything Pinochet did was policy.
Everything Idi Amin did was policy.

Everything Bush/Cheney did was policy.
Everything Duterte did was policy.
Everything Putin has done and is doing is policy.
Everything Orban is doing is policy.
Everything Kim Jong-un is doing is policy.
Everything the Taliban is doing is policy.

And on and on and on.

Calling something policy doesn't mean it is not a crime. Calling something policy does not mean it's not an abuse of power. Calling something policy does not mean it's Constitutional.

Just because it is happening in America does not mean it's the "good guys" doing it in "good faith".

Nor is a matter of two parties wanting the same things for America and merely going about getting there in different, albeit acceptable, ways.

A "policy" can be a crime. A "policy" can be a crime against humanity. A "policy" can be a war crime.

Time to stop pretending otherwise.
