The states control elections, Trump can't do anything about that! And besides, the courts will rein him in. He won't be able to set up concentration camps or just arbitrarily deport people. There'll be lawsuits involved, and Merrick Garland is working from the bottom up. You have to understand how these systems work. These things take time. You can't get everything you want instantly just because you stomp your feet. The Constitution defines treason in a very specific way. You shouldn't just throw that word around because you don't like Trump. The pendulum is swinging, and the white suburban soccer moms are swinging, as well, and this is a center-right country, so you need to start facing that reality. Not everything on your personal wish list is practical. Don't go off the deep end with these conspiracy theories. We are taking baby steps and we're walking and we're chewing gum and we're doing all of that at the same time. The important thing is that you make sure that your personal vote counts, whatever hoops you have to jump through or whatever the expense is, because after all, it's all about you and your self-expression. Leopards will be eating faces and it will be FAFO time for people who don't follow my advice. It'll be on them and I have no sympathy.
