5. Let;s stop with the euphemisms. This was statutory rape by the definition in all 50 states.

It wasn't "he tried to force". It was rape.

The statutory part is, because she was under the age of consent, there is no argument about whether it was consensual.

And the rape part comes down to the definition of "sexual intercourse." That involves "penetration", but the rape laws in every state (AFAIK) define that penetration as being the penetration of any body parts (penis or finger, it doesn't matter) into any orifice (vagina, mouth, it doesn't matter). The fact that the victim bit his penis, or was even in a position to bite his penis, means there was penetration.

Please, let's stop whitewashing this. It was statutory rape by any definition of the act in any state.
