is allowing the truth to leak in a controlled manner by assets on the authoritarian side. The truth will be dismissed by most of those on the authoritarian side who refuse to believe their lying eyes. And the truth won't be heard by most of those on the other side, and those who do hear it will question it because of who it came from.
