5. Three things can happen with a redistricting:

... 1. Reflects population more accurately.
2. Levels the playing field by giving voters parity - one voter/one vote.
3. Give one party's voter more stroke than the other party's voter. IE: Texas's GOP voter with a vote stronger 1.25 stronger than a Democrat's one. This is the situation in Virginia. This is not playing their game, it is fixing an injustice.
